Privacy
Context is a calendar. To work, it needs to read and write your calendars. It does not sell your data, does not show ads and does not use your information to train artificial intelligence models.
Who is responsible
The data controller is SOCIAL MOBILITY SL, Spanish tax ID B86549136, registered at Avenida de España 8, 1st floor, door A, 28231 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid, Spain. Write to privacy@context.day with any question about your data.
What data we process and why
- Events and calendars. From the accounts you connect (Google, Microsoft, iCloud or subscribed calendars). They are stored on your device so you can see and edit them. Changes you make are sent back to the original account.
- Access tokens. When you connect Google or Microsoft we store, encrypted, the token that lets us sync on your behalf. You can revoke it by disconnecting the account in Settings or from your Google or Microsoft account.
- Your Context account. Your email address, to sign in and sync across devices.
- Booking links. If you create one, we store on our server the busy blocks (no titles or details) for the coming weeks, to show your free time to whoever opens the link, plus the details the person booking leaves (name, email and note).
- Private meeting notes and tasks. Stored only on your device.
- AI features. When you ask for an AI brief, summary or command, we send our model provider (Anthropic) only the data needed from those events: titles, times, attendee names and notes. It is not kept after the answer is generated and is not used to train models.
- Payments. Handled by Apple, Google or Stripe. We only receive the status of your subscription.
- App usage. We measure in aggregate which features are used (with Amplitude, on servers in the European Union) to improve the product. We never send event titles, people's names or the content of your notes.
Use of Google data
Context's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used only to show and manage your calendar inside Context. We do not transfer it to third parties except to provide the features you ask for, we do not use it for advertising, and no person reads it unless you ask us to in order to fix a problem.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract) and, for usage analytics, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the product. We keep your data while you have an account. If you delete it, we remove your data from our servers within 30 days.

- Amplitude (usage analytics, European Union).
- Resend (booking confirmation emails).
- Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Stripe (payments and subscriptions).
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, export it from Settings, ask us to delete it or object to its processing by writing to privacy@context.day. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
Children
Context is not directed at children under 16.
