Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Context, provided by SOCIAL MOBILITY SL, Spanish tax ID B86549136, registered at Avenida de España 8, 1st floor, door A, 28231 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid, Spain. By using the app you accept them.
The service
Context shows and manages the calendars you connect, helps you prepare for your meetings and lets other people book your free time. Your events stay stored in their original accounts.
Your account
You are responsible for what you do with your account and for having permission to use the calendars you connect. Do not use Context to send unsolicited messages or for anything illegal.
Plans and payments
- The free plan does not expire.
- You start with 14 days of Pro at no cost and without a card. When they end you move to the free plan unless you subscribe to a paid one.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period. You can cancel anytime from the App Store, Google Play or your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds for purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.
AI features
Briefs, summaries and actions generated with AI can contain mistakes. Check important information before acting on it.
Availability
We work to keep Context running at all times, but there may be interruptions, especially if Google, Microsoft or Apple services do not respond. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages caused by an interruption.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will let you know in the app at least 15 days in advance.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live, and you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
